UFOs left 'radiation burns' and 'unaccounted for pregnancies,' new Pentagon report claims

By: April Carson

After a four-year battle, the Pentagon has spilled the beans on 1,574 pages of real-life X-Files material about its covert UFO project.

According to the report, which was released on Monday, the Pentagon's UFO program investigated more than 12,000 "anomalous aerial vehicles" between 2007 and 2012. Out of those cases, only a handful could be explained away by natural phenomena or man-made objects.

On December 18, 2017, the Sun Online requested a copy of "all files, reports, or video files" connected to the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

We submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the CIA shortly after the existence of the secret program was exposed.

After more than four years, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has finally released over 1,500 papers.

The disclosure is based on government-commissioned scientific studies and correspondence to the Pentagon regarding the UFO project.

The collection has articles on the biological effects of UFO sightings on humans, paranormal experiences, and sci-fi-style technology, among other things.

The Department of Defense's spy agency, the DIA, said that "some sections" of the documents "must be redacted in part" for privacy and security reasons.

The DIA also claimed that it did not "withhold any reasonably separable non-exempt components of the records."

What's most interesting about the DIA's UFO disclosure is not the individual documents, but what they collectively reveal about the government's longstanding interest in the phenomenon.

For instance, one study from 1955 details how a group of people in Missouri were allegedly burned by a UFO. The report includes testimony from witnesses who said that they saw "a large, circular object" that was "surrounded by a glowing aura."

A huge trove of documents has been released by UFO researcher Randall Nickerson, which reveal the DIA's research on the biological effects of UFO sightings on humans.

All of which impact on a person's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. And it includes burns, heart difficulties, sleep disruptions - as well as inexplicable events such as "apparent abduction" and "unaccounted for pregnancy."

The document states that these injuries are frequently caused by electromagnetic radiation, which is linked to "energy-related propulsion systems."

The study, which was commissioned by the DIA, predicts that such objects could be a "threat to US interests."

"Exposures to unusual vehicles, especially airborne and when in close proximity," the document says, "have resulted in injuries among humans."

According to the study, it included 42 medical case files and 300 "unpublished" cases in which people were wounded as a result of abnormal encounters.

A secret Pentagon programme known as The Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program ran from 2007 to 2012 and sought to investigate UFOs.

It was revealed by former intelligence official turned whistleblower Luis Elizondo, who ran the program, in 2017.

At the time, bombshell videos of unexplained UFO sightings by US military personnel - now investigated by AATIP - were published.

The program's findings marked a major shift in the way the United States discusses UFOs - now commonly referred to as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs).

And the mystery has moved from the fringes into a major national security issue that is being discussed by lawmakers, military officials, and even former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

In an Acquisition Threat Support report, one fascinating paper outlines how to categorize "anomalous behavior" - in which individuals have encounters with "ghosts, yetis, spirits, elves and other mythical/legendary creatures," as "AN3."

CE3 is a term used to describe the sighting of an alien spacecraft.

This book, which covers everything from UFOs to satanic cults and human sacrifice in the context of modern society, is divided into ten "topics," including poltergeists, crop circles, spontaneous human combustion, alien abductions, and other paranormal happenings.

The redacted version of the document cache includes research into more sophisticated technologies like invisibility cloaks and mind controlled robots.

In addition, papers on communicating with extraterrestrial civilizations and deep space exploration and colonization are included.

The latest trove of records includes letters from Senator Harry Reid, who demands that the project be designated a top secret. Documents about suppliers are included as well.

The records also provide evidence on how a $12 million contract was given to Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BLASS) to research "advanced aerospace weapon threats from the present out to 40 years in the future."

In a 2009 letter, Sen. Reid discussed how the program had already detected "several highly sensitive, unconventional aerospace technologies" that needed "extraordinary protection."

The Defense Intelligence Agency turned down his request for "special access program" for the BLASS job.

The US Department of Defense has published its long-awaited study into what the military knows about a string of enigmatic flying objects that have been sighted in military airspaces over the last two decades.

The study, released on the website of the Office of the Director for National Intelligence, looked at 144 reports of encounters with "unidentified aerial phenomena," according to the government's categorization.

The announcement was made as the Pentagon is establishing a new office to study UFOs, their origins and efforts to "capture or control" one of the strange vehicles after an amendment to a military spending bill was proposed in the US Senate.

The Anomaly Surveillance and Resolution Office (ARSO) is a specialized unit that handles anomalies.

"The Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Defense Department are releasing the unclassified portions of a report prepared by the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF)," a statement from the DNI said.

It will investigate whether or not the strange aircraft that have been reported buzzing American military bases are Russian and Chinese secret technology or something more extraterrestrial.
