Working on your self-talk is just skimming the surface if you don't know where the self-talk originated from. Many have changed their lives through affirmations and meditations but only made it so far with their actions. The actions that are being fed by the deeper thoughts under the covers of your superficial thoughts. That's right! Your subconscious mind. The mind that existed before you even thought to allow the influences of television, pop culture, or your environment to shape how you view and experience everything.
On the path to healing subconsciously, you may need help in the form of energy healing. There are many energy healing modalities such as Reiki, Quantum Touch, and EFT ( Emotional Freedom Techniques).
