Stressed, What Is Your Day To Day Telling You?

How often do we observe the signals that our bodies are communicating to us? If you are not self-aware, then you will probably see the signs when you are at the peak of a familiar disease. Stress is a stealthy little pest that will continue to grow if you do not recognize and neutralize the culprit. Most don't know they are stressed until they are looking up at the ceiling of a hospital room with a manifestation of diseases that is caused by stress. Sometimes the ones closest to you will see signs before you do.


Let's look at some ways to self-assess when stress is creeping within.


Your body is fatigue

Ideas do not flow

Skin issues manifest


These may be some of the first signs that stress is trying to ruin your life. It is not a joking matter when you begin to see and feel these signs. Your first line of defense is your mind. If you start to think a certain way, then you will begin to feel a certain way.


It is easy to say to not let your mind be infiltrated by thoughts or desires that will cause you to feel your way into emotions that cause stress. But it is vital that you become so in tune with your day to day routines that you immediately go to the source of the issue. You are a walking energy bank and if the bank becomes empty then it will not want to give anything of substance or value to the host.


You will start to feel so tired that thinking becomes a chore. Stress can wreak havoc on the body and mind. A conversation becomes innodated with mundane, repetitive conversation. The person you a speaking with will most likely ask " Are you stressed"? You will then say: " I don't think so". But do you really know? Have you been looking at your sleep patterns, your bowel movements, or a change in your skin? Yes, all of these things will tell you when YOU need to take some time to pay attention to YOU.


When you find that your 100% is now 20% it is time to find a stress reliever or a nice vacation spot. Whatever the situation is. It will probably not be as urgent or worse than your body breaking down on you. You are meant to stay in the 85% and up club and if you can get to 100% consistently. Stress will have no house to live in.
