It is possible to increase your frequency and amplify your spirit by engaging in activities that bring you joy. This guide offers a few simple, yet powerful methods of boosting your positive vibrations to create balance and alignment within yourself.
Focus on the positive. Say affirmations and visualize a life that is full of love, health, and prosperity. When your mind is filled with positive thoughts, you will naturally feel better about yourself and your current circumstances.
If you awaken every day feeling full of compassion, vigor, and enthusiasm to take on the world, your energetic frequency is radiating at its peak. Conversely, if you're feeling dull and uninspired, then it is likely that your energy levels are low and your vibrations are not as strong.
Luckily, it's easy to shift your energetic frequency back up and get yourself into a more positive state of mind. Here are a few methods you can use to increase your vibration, amplify your spirit, and re-energize yourself:
• Meditation – Taking some time each day to meditate can have a powerful effect on your energy levels. Take some time to focus on your breath and allow yourself to let go of any negative thoughts or emotions that may be occupying your mind.
• Exercise – Working out is an excellent way to raise your vibration and improve your overall physical and mental well-being. Whether it's running, biking, yoga, or any other type of physical activity, make sure to get at least 20 minutes of exercise every day.
• Music – Listening to music is another great way to shift your frequency and lift your spirits. Whether it's upbeat pop songs or soothing instrumentals, find a playlist that resonates with you and listen to it whenever you want an energy boost.
• Use crystals – For centuries, people have turned to crystals for their spiritual and healing powers. As such, it is important to find the right stones that foster connections of love and positivity like Amethyst or Rose Quartz. Whether you carry them on your person, keep them in your home, or just tuck one away in your purse – let these sacred gems serve as a reminder of faith and hope during difficult times.
• Take time for yourself – A few moments of meditation or a stroll in nature can help clear your head and restore inner peace. Devote daily time to do something that brings you joy, whether it’s reading a book, baking a cake, or creating artwork!
• Eat more healthy foods – Not only is this good for your physical health, but it can also help to raise your spiritual vibrations. Incorporate more natural and organic products into your diet, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, or grains – all of which contain vitamins and minerals that benefit the body and soul.
• Nature – Staying connected to nature is a powerful way to raise your frequency. Spend time walking in the woods, swimming in a lake, or even just lounging in the grass and soaking up the sun’s rays – all of which can act as a spiritual reset for your soul.
• Art – Expressing your creativity through art can be a great way to raise the vibration of your soul. Whether it’s painting, drawing, writing, music, or any other form of creative expression, finding an outlet to share your thoughts and feelings can help lift both your spirits and those around you.
• Mindfulness – Taking time to practice mindfulness is an excellent way to raise the frequency of your soul. Paying attention to the present moment, without judgment, and allowing yourself to become aware of your thoughts and feelings can increase your level of awareness and bring a greater sense of peace.
• Think positive thoughts – Steering your thoughts towards the positive is a great way to elevate your frequency. Work on being conscious of the stories you tell yourself and reframing them in more uplifting ways. If negative emotions arise, be aware of them but don’t dwell on them – focus instead on what makes you feel good.
