The firm intends to list on the NASDAQ in the first quarter of 2023, according to 4biddenknowledge Inc.
4biddenknowledge, Inc. has announced that it will be going public. Recent video messages by President Billy Carson have led up to this news. 4biddenknowledge has been selling shares of the firm in order to raise cash for further growth. Second-round sales are coming to an end, and preparations for the next offering have already begun.
Investors who made their first investment in the firm between April and June 2019 had their investments double in value, from $20 million to $30 million, during round two. The end of round-two sales was set for June 3, 2022.
Elisabeth Hoekstra, the company's Director of Operations, stated that the firm intends to list on a stock exchange in Q1 2023 after selling its round-two shares. Hoekstra went on to say that after completing the round-two share sales, the company will be launching a Reg A+ capital increase. This is not the same as an existing open crowdfunding campaign.
4biddenKnowledge TV is accessible through Apple TV/App Store, Roku, Amazon, and Google Play, as well as directly from its website. It offers topics such as ancient civilizations, occult knowledge, metaphysics, quantum physics, spirituality, and inspiration in the fields of learning.
The firm operates a book publishing business, a social media platform known as UniteThe99 that includes a premium dating group "Date Conscious" within the site, and its own cryptocurrency called the 4bidden Coin. In May, the company launched the first NFT "Thoth," in a series called "Pantheon of the Gods."
4biddenknowledge TV is available for streaming via Apple TV/App Store, Roku, Amazon, and Google Play, as well as directly from its website. It provides educational content in the fields of ancient civilizations, esoteric wisdom, metaphysics, quantum physics, spirituality, and inspiration.
